Meet Kristen – a yogi, runner, fitness enthusiast, Registered Dietitian, Wellness Coach/Nutrition Consultant, she is driven by the joy of helping others find a holistic and integrative way to health and happiness. Kristen received her 200 Hour RYT at The Center for Yoga of Seattle in 2013 in Iyengar Yoga and an additional 200 Hour RYT at The Vinyasa Yoga Foundation in Rishikesh, India in 2015 in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
